Just wanted to get everyone's thoughts on Strange putting out all these EP's this year? Do you guys think they will start doing them alot more in the future? Also, I think Ces should have had 2 trailers for the EP, like Tech did. Not that it makes a huge difference, but for their first project I think alot of people would have liked to see some behind the scenes stuff. But maybe we'll get the coliseum video this week.

Don't forget about Kluster. By the end of the year, he'll have released 3 EPs.
Chief said:I felt like Tech N9ne was due for an EP after his All 6's and 7's LP but then he dropped Welcome to Strangeland LP. So if he in fact does drop Two EP's I could see the justification right there.
Not to mention Evil Brain Angel Heart has the same Good vs Evil Feel in the title as All 6's and 7's did.
Permalink Reply by ЖĭϞϬ ƦΔϟŦԃ on August 24, 2012 at 8:18pm Agreed. Tech's EP's are usually only 5-6 tracks, so even though 7 bucks isn't a lot of money, I'm not gonna drop it on so few songs. Especially because every EP Tech has released only has 2-3 songs that I thoroughly enjoy. I would have been pissed if I spent a measly 7 bucks on Klusterfuk only to realize it was mediocre at best. I'd rather download the EP, then wait for the LP to drop and spend 9.99 at Best Buy. If they were putting out 8-10 songs on each EP, I might consider purchasing it.

Sorry Chief, I misread your post. That's why I said what I said.
Permalink Reply by GreatScott on August 30, 2012 at 1:23am I thought klusterfuck was actually good, more so for the beats, and music created by plex and gianni, as a fan of music i can appreciate it. If you look at the Ep route its smart, not just on business level but it often are tracks that cant or dont fit the idea for an album...ces is actually workin on their album and it will be a big undertaking, there was jus a interview with the guys on XXL.
The videos and projects for "matter dont money" and "the deevil" those were official projects, scoob put out his first volume of dope talk mixtapes are good at times, but an ep is a "getot know" type of thing if your a real fan of the artist u might want o check out the differences.
I thought thrift store halo' was pretty blatantly bad assed because it had been songs that werent able to fit in to the TMTYL album....everyone is workin not jus on ep but creating their new albums, and tours, and trying to keep fans interested because lets face it ppl have about a 5 second memory befor they want somethign even more new...Tech did klusterfuck will drop E.B.A.H. then who knows u know there is already another collabos album in the works as well as kabosh, and well everything else...should be very interesting what 2013 has to offer
