i don't know the facts but what was said...."all for the money."  THAT, I can believe. I totally back that up!  some, and I'll say it, bitches are all for the money.  man, I'm really angered about that sentence.  I just recently witnessed this in my own family.  Long story but, yeah...you never know who will do what for money. Totally possible and keeping in mind the fact that he was a strong latino coming up.   Than again......Who really knows the whole, true, story?

Ok, i read every ones post here. and i gotta say what i gotta say. FIRST off, as a rapper, i never liked SPM, didnt hate him, his songs just never caught my attention, and as a MEXICAN fan of rap myself, i agree, he does sound to "TYPICAL". I love rap and latino rappers, but not the typical sounding ones, to narrow minded and target a certain audience.

 

SECOND, i cant say i think hes guilty or not guilty. If he is, then he deserves to be where hes at. If hes not, then thats fkd up and some typical good ol american crooked ass justice sytem....from a legal stand point, if there was No evidance, then the man shouldnt have been convicted on that charge. Ive was in jail for 2yrs from 2007-2009 fighting a murder case and i never even been to jail prior. In my case there was not a single shred of evidance and the whitnesses even sided with me, so the d.a. and cops lied about things, destroyed evidance that was in my favor, and the pathologist even destroyed evidance so my pathologist couldnt see the real cause of death. This, or our justice system should i say may work when it has to, but they do go out of thier way to seek convictions any which way they can. So if he went through what i went through, than thats some bullshit. Fabrication of evidance is just as illegal as the so called b.s. they wanna charge us with, but whos gunna stop them ? nobody. so im sorry bout the guy in here whos dad was wrongfully accused n sentanced then killed in prison. if he truely was innocent then the people who put him there will pay one day, best believe that. Being falsley accused aint no bullshit, for those who thjnk just bc ur arrested and charged ur automatically guilty, then ur truely on sum fkn retard pills bc that shit does happen all the time to alot of ppl. And as far as race goes, i gaurantee u that ur race, appearance and background will get u convicted faster than ur charges will. thats just how judgemental ppl are in this country. Thank god  the truth was shed in my case at my trial.

 

BUT like i said, thats comming from me if the man is innocent, i cant say if he is or isnt.

I'm sorry I come from a state with 25,25625896525662 mexicans and 3000 of them speak english and they are all stealing shit and eatin up jobs because they will work for 8 bucks an hour tax free. luckily they cant touch an electricians job, because you have to speak english and have a brain.  it aint about being RACIST, mothafuckin tech 9 is my hero and I have a signed Kutt Kalhoun poster hanging over my bed, truth is there are a lot of wetbacks that belong in mexico because they contribute NOTHING.  I fucking hate so much shit about america, but sorry n shit, if you got a problem with that you can go kill yourself.

I am pretty sure when we battled to found this fucking country, jose alejandro guiterrez wasnt there.  but I cant talk shit, because daekwon smiths great great great grandparents were here against their will, they didnt fucking sneak into the country in the middle of the night with no intent of speaking our language.
