Because the FBI has overly broad and idiotic criteria for gang criteria. By their definition of what a gang is, they could label countless corporations as a gang.

You listed "Imma Tell" as a possible song where he reps two seperate gangs? Juggalos weren't considered a gang until late 2011 by the FBI and that song came out in 2002. Your frame of reference sucks along with juggalos.
