I don't think it's from a movie, probably just an audio sample.

This song will always be one of Tech's strangest songs though, I've always liked it a lot because it's so different.

from the looks of things its from a movie made back in 1944 called Cry Of The Werewolf

ran a search on the woman's last quote, thats what it comes up as, besides Sleeping Beauty at least
