SHOW ME A GOD ? I THINK HE'S BEEN SHOWN TO HIM A FEW TIMES (new thought starting on pg.6)

alright ya'll, i know this is gunna start alot of contraversy, and opposing opinions, but i got to get this off my chest.

In the begining of Everyready, the into is called B.L.E.S.T., wich is basically giving thanks to GOD for saving their lives and allowing them to live through such a could be tragic situation. TECH knows all about GOD growing up and his mom being in church and what not, despite his confusion on him as grew up. and i cant think of any specific tracks but theres a few ive heard where he talks bout god in a good way.

now, on KILLER he has "Hope For A Higher Power" where he basically is saying "if there is a god, where are you ? and how can you allow all these horrible things to happen." and now this up comming "show me a god", i havent heard it, but going off of what he said it has to do with, i can pretty much guess what the content will contain.

ok, i myself was raised in a christian home growing up, no not perfect, but still, but as i got older and we lived far away from our home church, i drifted away, but still knew what was up when it came to god, i just didnt wanna live the christian lifestyle. but 2 yrs ago, i went through a tragic situation where i was charged with murder and witnesses were lying against me and changing stories and detectives were tampering with evidance to make me look guilty and i was scared out of my mind and my family came to me and told me "rely on god, its his battle, not yours, JUST HAVE FAITH AND BELIEVE" and i did, i prayed daily and thanked him for my victory even when things looked aweful, abnd GUESS WHAT ??? HERE I AM, home for the past 6months.

I believe Tech fails to see gods favor in his life, He went through false starts in his career time and time again, FOR A REASON, god had something better for him, his OWN LABEL, if not for all the false starts and shady bizness deals, there WOULD NOT BE A STRANGE MUSIC today and his career might have fell off along time ago. then theres his accident wich he survived, and the money he makes and what ever good ness goes on his life, he shjould thank god for his many blessings, and he might, who knows. but instead of "searching" and being confused about the fate of his mother, he should know, that if hes been blessed with success, he can be blessed with his mothers healing.

sometimes GOD needs to WAKE US UP AND GET OUR ATTENTION, especially if U KNOW HIM and then go astray, BELIEVE me, i experienced it and know plenty who have, even those who paid with their own lives.

and iknow theres some tech cock riders that wanna believe and support every word tech says even when its contridicting, buthey, this is what it is, im not the type of "christian" who thinks there better than every one else or every one is evil xcept me or imma shove my beliefs down their throats or imma hate em. im not. so if cock riders want to spit on me and say bad things about god, u should keep ur mouths shut because if tech comes out saying "praise god" and "thank u lord for blessing me", u guys would be saying "hell ya, thats whats up, techs blessed.".

and again, that part their was for the COCK RIDERS ONLY, not everybody who might actually disagree on their own beliefs.

wrd...thats real spill...
i think he did SHOW ME A GOD due to his Mama,i think she's sick and Ask him HELP...
Tech definatly believe in GOD and recognize the DEVIL...he just say where is HIM we need HIM so badly...every Human Been ask theses types of questions to theirself...
Based on what I have read and heard from Tech.... I believe that he is badly mistaken of what the Holy Spirit is. In interviews and at the end of Show Me A God he says he wants to see a ghost (Holy Spirit) or something supernatural as proof of Gods existence. The Holy Spirit is not visible... but it is God's spirit within those who have accepted Jesus Christ as the Lord and Savior. I totally I agree with you guys saying that God has been shown to him several times. The reason for Tech's mothers illness is not because of God but because of sin and Satan. And notice due to the works of Satan on Tech's mother.... it has Tech questioning Gods existence and ultimately pushing him farther away from God.
youtube the video its out now strange posted it on oct 2

^^^tech and pac has the same feelings about the religions
in my opinion my family is seriously religious but my side of the family isent.
All Tech is saying in hope for a higher power is that if things get bad an down to it he wants to belive that there is a higher power there AKA God or what ever religion you follow is there but
at the same time you dout God becuase some times things never go to your favour an it feels like your not being helped or saved. Tech just Belives that if Gods there Thats great but if he isent hes just going to keep doing the things he duz an Depend on himself.

an at the same time im with Tech on that song if there is some one there watching over us thats great but if there isent well il just keep doing what i do an look after myself.

Show me a God is From what i gather a song basicly saying Were are you shity things keep hapnin to the same person an your not helping Her out. everyone feels like that some times weather its them or one of there friends.

Thats just what i feel anyway thats why i like Techs music alot of shit you can relate to
ur an idiot!

I have no reason to believe in God.

So that's my belief.

Also, as with Tech's situation, I'm willing to bet his mother means more to him than his fame and glory, so it's not an even balance for him.

That's like, for my example...

I've never been extremely poor (not wealthy, but never had to struggle), but on the other hand, I've lost so much.
My grandfather that lived with me and my parents since I was born died a couple weeks after my eighteenth birthday. He didn't get to see me graduate, after he talked about it so much for a year or two.

I'd rather be broke and hungry than my grandfather be dead.
It's uneven. No matter how much money you have or how many times you've survived something, if someone close to you dies (or extremely sick/close to death), it's not an even balance.
I'm not hating at all I'm just curious as to way "God" is capitalized as tho you're shouting?

Anyway, Tech makes it clear he simply wants some hard proof of the existence of God/Jesus/The Messiah. Can you blame him? We're fucked as a species, blowing each others brains out daily with out hesitation yet "God" is kickin it in heavin just letting this all happen? Riiiiiight.

We're all biased to our beliefs but let's be logical with the FACTS we have. There's thousands of theories and reasons why God doesn't exist and hard evidence to back it and yet there's literally no proof stating there was ever the existence of a man with godly powers to ever be on this earth.

Yes, I know, you need "faith".

Hah, I got faith. In reality.

Cheers,
Raphael
Its DTruth he's been on here and he has worked with Dalima a few times too

He Might Be Talkin About Lyrycyst From The Song "Broken Chains" Cuz He's A Christian Rapper Now.

Ghost i'z said:
ya, i can of get that to, yet he still wants god to prove his exhistance...??? wierd. also in HOLIER THAN THOU, he says to the christian mc who worked with him (dont know what track that is ? any one know ?) he says "GOD BLESS YOU." i think tech is confused personally.

From interviews and "Hope for a Higher Power" I'd say Tech is agnostic.
He says he believes 99% but he needs 100%. Tech believes in God. But he's just like everybody else and has a crisis of faith every once in awhile.

Tech is a real dude. He raps his life. He said it himself: "I put my life in the music inside out / I put my heart out for people they know what the inside's bout / will they keep telling me this forever this I doubt / can never cry for help so if you're listening this my shout."

I can totally feel what he's saying in Show Me A God. It's exactly the way I felt when my mother was dying of cancer, may she rest in peace.

And Tech, if you read this: Far Away is a wonderful song. It, along with others, ( One Good Time, Happy Ending, etc) helped me deal with my mother's death. I pray that your mother's health problems get better. God Bless.
alright so enough puttin it the nice way. TECH NEEDS TO PULL HIS HEAD OUT HIS ASS,AND REALISE THERES A GOD. ENOUGH WITH ALL THIS DOUBTING BULLSHIT WHEN SOMETHIN GOES WRONG IN HIS LIFE. (RESPECTING THE FACT THAT HIS MOM IS SICK) BUT WHAT DOES HE THINK? HIS MOM IS THE FIRST CHRISTIAN TO GET SICK OR SOMETHIN BAD HAPPENIN TO THEM? DOWN HERE IN COLORADO PEOPLE ARE SHOOTIN UP CHURCHES, A GUY THAT GOES TO MY CHURCH JUST GOT SHOT AND KILLED OUTSIDE HIS BUSINESS WHILE CLOSING UP. AND U KNOW WHAT, WE MAY ASK WHY BUT WE NEVER STOP DOUBTING GOD BECAUSE "EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON" AND WE KNOW WHEN THOSE PEOPLE DIE THEYRE ACTUALLY RECIEVING THE BEST GIFT OF ALL "ETERNAL LIFE) SO TECH NEEDS TO JUST FULLY ACCEPT THERES A GOD NOT 99% NOT 99.99999% HE NEEDS TO ACCEPT HIM 100% BECAUSE HE'LL REALISE THERES A GOD BUT IT AINT GONNA BE THE WAY HE HOPES UNLESS HE TAKES THAT FIRST STEP. AND THE SAME GOES FOR ALL U DICK RIDERS.
I couldn't even read most of the things in this post because godaamn all I was seein was alotta hate. Jeez. The man expresses himself, whether you believe its wrong or not, hes got yall talkin, and I'm sure thats what he wanted. He knows religion is a strong controversial topic, and he still put it out. He did it for his mother, who is sick. Thats what really matters in all this. We're all entitled to our opinions...
