No, they said several patrons bought Dunn drinks after his 3 "girly" shots and 3 beers.  The police said they reviewed the surveillance video and he DIDN'T appear drunk at all.

in an a news report it was said that Dunn only had a few beers and the owner of the bar said he seemed fine..I think this is just a case of them being dumb trying to drive the car fast..the they were traveling almost 130 by the impact of the car...and if he was fucked up than it's the other guys fault for getting in to the car if he knew he was fucked up..we will see in a few weeks when the coroner states the alcohol levels...but condolences to the Dunn and margera family..especially bam..i would lose it if I lost someone that close to me..he was his bestfriend..RIP Ryan

I agree with you...I think some of us just have a pre-determined outlook on drunk drivers due to past issues in our lives.

heres my thing with this. if he had been driving by himself and no one else was harmed in his death, then i would feel a lot more sympathy. but the fact that his mistake brought someone else down with him changes the whole situation. as far as friends go, i dont think i could ever forgive a friend who got into a drunk driving accident and killed the other passengers in his car.

Yea, I can't imagine if I lost a friend.  Especially one who I considered my brother.  It's crazy how inconsiderate people are being about his death knowing that if their family member had died they wouldn't want people being so disrespectful.  If any of my close friends died from drinking & driving I wouldn't be saying they deserved it or that they had it coming.  I'd be heart broken.  I would hate hearing people around me speaking down on my dead friend, much less a bigger scale since their celebrities.

in my original post i did say "I have sympathy for the other passenger and the friends/families of both". And he didnt deserve it, but the situation was completely avoidable

even if he was the one driving, and/or who ever was... R.I.P. regardless if they was drunk or not. shit happens when we are drunk that we can't take back, so weither he and someone else was wasted and driving, or if they had a sober driver being a jackass and speeding like crazy they still deserve to rest in piece! my condolences to his family.

what a fathers day=( i really hope he wasn't depressed and did some shit like the dre video "i need a doctor"

Strange thing is the nite b4 he died I was gonna watch Jackass Vol1 on dvd just to hear that!
