his BAC was supposedly .196 so he was way past the legal limit. The bar owner is probably just trying to cover his ass so he doesn't get hella sued
Gareth Mestes said:in an a news report it was said that Dunn only had a few beers and the owner of the bar said he seemed fine..I think this is just a case of them being dumb trying to drive the car fast..the they were traveling almost 130 by the impact of the car...and if he was fucked up than it's the other guys fault for getting in to the car if he knew he was fucked up..we will see in a few weeks when the coroner states the alcohol levels...but condolences to the Dunn and margera family..especially bam..i would lose it if I lost someone that close to me..he was his bestfriend..RIP Ryan
It's not about feeling sympathy for Ryan Dunn. It's about his family & friends & people needing to show a little bit of class. Whether people think he was an idiot or not, his family & friends are devastated & could forgive him. No need for the crazy comments that are out their on the internet saying he deserved it or the don't let a jackass drive drunk comments. It's not like Ryan Dunn's in the afterlife listening to our comments but his loved ones do have to deal with it & it's disrespectful & people should keep the negativity to themselves.

It's crazy how inconsiderate people are being about his death knowing that if their family member had died they wouldn't want people being so disrespectful. If any of my close friends died from drinking & driving I wouldn't be saying they deserved it or that they had it coming. I'd be heart broken. I would hate hearing people around me speaking down on my dead friend, much less a bigger scale since their celebrities.

even if he was the one driving, and/or who ever was... R.I.P. regardless if they was drunk or not. shit happens when we are drunk that we can't take back, so weither he and someone else was wasted and driving, or if they had a sober driver being a jackass and speeding like crazy they still deserve to rest in piece! my condolences to his family.
what a fathers day=( i really hope he wasn't depressed and did some shit like the dre video "i need a doctor"

Permalink Reply by Your Local_Ghetto Superman on June 23, 2011 at 3:03pm hmm yea sure thats real clear, and relevant?, how ever you said "my original post said i have sympathy." when in fact your first post was thus.
"Don't drink and drive. end of story. if that wasnt actually the case, then RIP"
so yea i only need to read the first couple threads and the last to post what i did, maybe you should think a lil more before you open that garbage can you call a mouth, or in this case your filter your thoughts before you talk like that about some one who just died. if you have sympathy at all you wouldn't be so ..... ..peace out kid
