Okay. What I meant was that I don't like when some dude who is not pop-culturally relevant takes shots at somebody who is. He's not a no-name, but he's certainly not a household name either. I don't even like Asher Roth, but I lost respect for this guy because of this retarded "beef". I don't even really like when Hopsin takes shots at people like Wayne or Drake, and I don't like them at all.

I understand rappers are still fans, but I don't think there's a reason to call out emcees who have no beef with you, simply 'cause you don't dig their shit. It's one thing to say "this mainstream rap is garbage" in a bar, it's another thing to say "fuck Lil' Wayne". I don't like a lot of people's music, but I'm not about call them out on a record to start a beef simply because I don't enjoy their music.

Why's he so mad? 'Cause Asher Roth apparently bites Eminem? That's their beef, not his. Eminem has no beef with Roth, so he needs to quit dickriding Eminem and you need to quit dickriding this guy. And I think Hopsin sounds a lot like Eminem at times, and I know other people here have heard it too. But it's not biting.

As musicians we take influence from our favorite musicians, and sometimes it shows. I'm not gonna say this guy is mediocre, he's certainly better than a lot of people out there, but I don't find him to be "one of the best lyricists out there".

well put

Beefing is a part of rap, I love when other rappers call each other out, keeps the shit interesting, Asher even responded (weak as fuck) but none the less, I am glad he did, I hope this shit turns into a Canibus Vs. LL type of beef, some of the best music was made because of battling.

Beef like that is not always a bad thing, it's makes the artists challenge themselfs to overcome obstacles. Eminem & Canibus have been dissin each other for nearly 10 years and I like that, because everytime Eminem sinks alittle deeper towards shitty mainstreme sell out music Canibus steps in and calls him out on it. It's basically like trying to bring hip hop back to life I find.

FYRE !!!

If you say so. Looks to me he's just trying to blow up by dissing someone more famous than him.

Actually he has, he's made a name as one of the best lyricists out there.

He's a white no name rapper...dissing a famous white rapper...you do the math. And yes, I said no name. Just cause some people know of him...doesn't mean he's made a name for himself.

i actually agree. Canibus called out KRS One on his Melatonin Magik album, i forgot which track tho. He seems to like to keep rappers in check to make sure they ain't doin some wack shit lol

I'm not saying I don't like when rappers beef, but this guy seems to be taking shit personally for no reason.

There's an interview with him saying why he is beefing with Asher.

dude looks like seth green, my opinion though, asher would kill dude

Obviously you didn't do your research, Asher responded to him and it was weak as hell. So there goes your "asher would kill dude" nonsense.
