Yea, looks like Freddy Machete produced it...That's a source from Wikipedia, not sure if that's true, I haven't received my CD yet to double check. Freddy Machete is a bay area producer I believe, not 100% sure, just thought I heard that somewhere so AP.9 probably did purchase a non-exclusive for this beat & Tech either did the same thing or bought exclusive rights after others had already got the beat non-exclusive
