Just bought Genius and listened straight thru for the first time. I'm sure it will grow on me even more, but here's what I thought initially:

Chip On My Shoulder-2-didn't make an impression on me
Genius-3.5-pretty good
Back Pack-5-extremely catchy
Doe Doe-3.5-kind of annoying at first, but started to grow on me by the end
Get Off-5-amazing song
Butt Naked Fun-3-it was okay
Getcha Life Right-4-I like S&S
Love You To Death-3.5-pretty good, nothing special
Misunderstood-5-awesome
Bipolar-5-my favorite song after one listen
Dead Wrong-3-eh.....
So High-5-love this song, Tech kills here
The Chemical-4.5-really good, rock and roll sound
She'll Do-4-pretty catchy
Be Right Back-4.5-I liked this song
Hum Drum-4-Tech just makes things better
Happy Birthday-5-great party song
Choir Boy-3.5-pretty good, nothing special

Overall-4/5

I liked some songs a lot here, but I didn't fall in love with the entire album like I did Everready the first time I heard it. I'm sure this will grow on me a lot as Strange always does; that's what makes Strange great is the fact that it takes extra listens because they are always innovating and trying new things. I think he says Aha! in almost every song, and some of the songs sounded a lot alike, I think that is why I liked Bipolar so much because it was way different. I'm sure many on here will shitcan my opinion but this is just what I thought after the first time thru.....

I think 4 or 4.5 is pretty accurate for Genius...I can't believe some people didn't like Choir Boy tho!
So High is prolly the best song all three of Strange's greats have put out together...That was the best verse from Kutt I've heard in a long time, I mean DAMN.
Good album, but not as good Sickology, or as good as K.O.D. will be.
Awesome cd for first time through !! Bipolar is my fav song so far !! Gonna go through it like 5 times today ! Strange Music BIIIITCH !! HAHaHA !
Kali brought that fire Damn the CD is FEAKING AWESOME ONCE YOU GO STRANGE YOU NEVER GO BACK........
Picked it up right after work today. Didn't c it @ bestbuy. Got it at FYE. I ended up having a conversation with the cashier. He happened to be a big Strange fan too. He was like this is a good album. I was like I know. lol

Don't even know where to begin man. I like the chourus to the title song. I love the opera/religious-like chanting and the futuristic effect they added to it. The "aye" breakbeat type sound that Krizz does is cool too. It's like his own "cha."
"Get Off" is sweet too. Hearing tech sing was new and pretty cool.
I'll have to listen to "Bipolar" more later when I'm in a more serious mood. It's good, I'm just not in the mood to listen to it.
"Dead Wrong" was real different. Krizz ripped those verses.
With "The Chemical" I'm used to hearing tech on with him on those rock like tracks. I'll have to listen to it more, but would be better as a Kabosh track.
"Happy Birthday" is great. I like that beginning part where it's like "all aboard, party train!" lol... Tech's verse at the end is funny too.
Doe Doe will grow on you so fast! I thought it was annoying as hell first time i heard it, now it is like one of my favorites
