Now every one knows Tech has his head phones, Dr Dre has his head phones, 50 is getting his head phones, and I just found out Ludacris is going to have some as well. Are there any more rappers who are going to be apart of the "head phone game"? What do you guys feel about these multiple rappers having a brand of head phones.

they both produce sound? ya a 4 dollar set of headphones will work with your ipod but higher quality headphones will sound way better. if you can hear. sayin a pair of 4 dollar headphones are the same as skullcandy or dr dre beats is like sayin i would rather watch avatar on a 13" black n white " it makes pictures"

ive always used skullcandy buds, and ive never had any complaints. but my girlfriend got me a pair of dre beats for christmas and they are beyond awesome

I dig Skull Candy's. They're shit material, but they sound pretty nice and they're relatively cheap depending on the pair. They also used to have a lifetime warranty, so that was awesome.

i just buy the 10 dollar gummy buds.. if i want quality sound i pop a cd in my car stereo or on my dads home stereo..

skull candy, dre beats, diddy beats, soul beats, and rza's chambers arent really that great. they all look nice n shit, but if you want actual quality instead of mass produced half ass bullshit with manipulated eq, then go to an actual music store and buy actual studio quality headphones. i agree with your comparison. but it seems like you're under the impression that those are the only high quality headphones. and theyre not amazing, just amplified a bit and half decent to sound good to someone who is only used to shitty headphones. for 100 dollars you can beat the sound of dre beats. so you save already. anyways. this rant can go on longer, but im sure some know and ones who dont, they get it now lol

agreed most of the headphones that were listed above are overpriced for the performance. I guess they have to make up the cost to pay the artist lols. I have the audio technica ath-m50 and they dont look all that great but the sound is better than beats and only half the cost. The ATH have more of a flat response than beats so im listening to music the way the artist recorded it now just listening to bass. I also have the beyerdynamic dt 770 and those sound better than beats for a bit less than the cost. If i was to get something just for looks i would rather get the skullcandy mix master mike headphones. He actually spent time in designing his set for real DJ's. Funny how you see some djs wearing beats and they look funny when they are mixing. the beats arent very flexible lols. People walk around an make sure the red cable shows like saying look i got beats ahhah similar to apple peeps make the extra to show off the white cable.

Jays are pretty dope. As far as I know klipsch has the nicest buds going for around $80 with the s4. Skullcandy and der beats sound like shit once you have heard a real set of headphones. Audio technics and denon make some beautiful sounds as far as studio sets go
