Permalink Reply by martin häuser on April 14, 2012 at 8:17am Prozak is one of a few rappers in the business rapping about things that really matters. Creative storytelling is what ICP made so successful. If there were no creative stories behind their lyrics, i am sure they wouldnt stand were they are now. In the core that is what makes them so unique. In combination with their wicked sound it workes very well. Of course there are many more artists selling much more cds. But that doesnt mean they are more successful. A Lil Wayne cant say he established a hole movement. Thats someting whole different. A lil wayne is replaceable, and so are his fans. Those artists can disappear as fast as they appeared. But that definitiv doesnt count for artists like prozak, tech, icp and so on. I will support them as long as i can.
I don't like Wayne, but he's been in the game since the late 90's and sold over 12 million albums. He most likely will be one of those guys like Jay and Em who come in and out of the game when he feels like it. Bad example. Soulja Boy should've been your go-to guy.

Permalink Reply by EMStaz on April 14, 2012 at 3:20pm Story telling, great lyrics, and deep meanings only hold so much weight. If you can't keep me entertained, it gets lost and I lose interest. I haven't listened to the snippets, but the past few songs Prozak has leaked haven't kept me in. In my opinion, his sound (flow and voice) is too similar from one song to the next. I'll give this album a peek, but from the sound of it, a lot of people are saying similar things.
