Im gonna say Prozak all the way because Cognito has nothin on Prozaks album, "Tales from the sick". That album from Prozak stomps Cognito's for sure. I liked Cognito's songs, dont get me wrong but he has nothin on Prozak.
COGNITO HANDS DOWN.
calm down. Prozak's concepts were hell more original that Cog's. It Was You, Scapegoat, Crossing Over, Holy War, Corporate Genocide, those had crazy creative concepts. No hate to Cog, he's still def dope, and stuff like Seven School Sins were creative too, but Prozak's creativity is untouchable.

Prozak is a talented dude. I like a few songs of his, hes not my style though. I think Cog is sick and very talented i can listen to him all day. Between the two im taking Cog everytime

I really liked Prozak but he didnt seem to do much as far as putting out music... He had a lot of guest on his most successful album as well... I guess my vote goes to Cognito
lol he has paperwork n' shit behind the scenes, that's why his next album hasn't come out yet
