I honestly hate Weezy. I don't think he's the worst rapper in the world or anything, but when I hear everyone say he's the best rapper alive, it just pisses me off. He's not even top 10.

Lil Wayne is fuckin cool, he's just gettin caught up in the fame right now. I like rappers that are different, and know one sounds like him so he's not an industry punk. Compared to Tech and Strange Music all others rappers suck.

Well back in the day when I stil listened to mainstream music he was alright in that one rap group he was in but man... He is the most annoying fuck on the radio anymore... I'd rather listen to some barney songs than to hear that faggot sing. I been hearin that people think that Lil' Wayne is the best rapper in the world, ever, alive but I'ma tell the truth... 2 Pac was and always will be my favorite... Now Tech N9ne is the best rapper alive at this point... He is my favorite rapper next to 2 Pac! I will be posting a song within the next few weeks on my myspace page dissin lil wayne on his song lollipop... I will be using autotune just like him t-pain and all the mainstream tone def rappers use. Whoop whoop! Technichian.

on the real wayne cant compare to tech nobody can compare to tech but wayne does have a few good songs like 1 out of 4 cds wayne makes tops the charts but every album album tech touchs is a hit.

okay.....so dude says one of every four wayne albums tops the charts...ARE U SERIOUS.? u obviously dont know anything about the charts...Lil Wayne has been in the charts since Lights Out....and for the last fuckin time...this thread is titled " OPINION ON LIL WAYNE" not compare tech to wayne....i bet tech respects wayne to the fullest...i mean he respects Grave Plott...shit they are signed to strange..and i think they are fuckin horrible...beyond horrible...so stop with all the comparisions and if u only hate wayne cuz of his recent mainstream bullshit...dig deeper and listen to his first albums, all of his features on Juveniles, and B.G.'s albums...and EVERY hot boyz album...plus his mixtapes...like i stated before i havent liked shit outta wayne since Carter 1 but respect tha grind and still pop in his old albums at least once a week....

I dunno man, See Personally Lil wayne & T Pain have done everything in their power to annoy the hell out of me this entire year. Everyone luvs wayne (that's their perogitive) but Im sick of people telling me "he's the best" maybe intheir book he is, but a REAL emcee doesnt need to over saturate the market..

A few of my fav tracks were On The Grind, Let's Go, Realized, and Shine was the cut back in the day (the real version). On top of all of that, no rapper can compare to the amount of material he put out in those mixtapes over the past few years. They weren't filled 100% with perfection, and some of the features weren't so great, but he ripped it for the most part. This guy's clever as a motherfucker and if you think he's wack you either ain't heard the right shit or you just plain haven't been listening. Only problem I have with Wayne is his infatuation with money. I consider myself a conscious rapper as well as one with a life that consists of more than material wealth. I can't listen to more than one album (at most) by him at a time cause I just get bored. He's not the best, but he's up there, especially with the commercial crowd. Tech's my favorite rapper, but that don't having anything to with my opinion on others.

Wayne's famous for being able to rhyme (multiples as that) words that straight up don't rhyme. Kinda like Eminem, who was very famous for the same thing. Em didn't come with very many metaphores, I'm sure you got his respect. Even though all he rapped about was having a shitty life, never said anything positive, and dropped off the map when he ran outa shit to complain about. Don't get me wrong, Eminem is by far my biggest influence next to Tech N9ne, but even he had a gimmick. Shit's gangsta, and have any of you people posting even ever been to a club? I mean you gotta let me know who your favorite rappers are, I'm curious as fuck.
