Lil Wayne is solid, maybe the best mainstream rapper. Its hard to compare Wayne and Tech two diffrent style, shows, and fans. I live in KC and have been listening to Tech since Mitch Bade and Cloudy Eyes TAPE. Tech is my favorite and a home town hero. Wayne can still spit.
