Rules:


  • Make a brand new beat. Don't use an existing beat you've already made.
  • You can use samples but try and make the beat as original as possible.
  • If you move on to the next round, you will have to make a brand new beat for that round.
  • You will have 5 days to make the beat.
  • Inbox me you're beat when it is finished and I'll post it.
  • People will have 2 days to vote. Whoever has the most votes wins that battle.
  • If you don't submit your beat on time then you're automatically disqualified.
  • Voters, base your vote on the beat not the person.
  • I will post when the next round begins.

I was completely taken off guard by Caveman's entry.  Idk what other styles/beats he has up his sleeve, but I feel like we should be closer and he could possibly crush me in the long run if we weren't against each other in the first round.  After looking through all the votes, I didn't count them, but it looks like I am far ahead of him, which is crazy.  I didn't vote but, his was defiantly MY favorite.. I would love to hear more from him.

But I guess my style must be more catered to the taste of the participants voting or something cuz I am smashing him rite now.

It's not an uncommon thing, when artists listen to peoples mixtapes they generally give each track 10 seconds of play lol. If I'd been more patient Gareth would have got the vote. Change mah vote!!

My whole strategy was to come up with something completely different than what I had expected you were going to come up with, in order to distract the listeners from how much better you are than me, but after hearing your entry, I didn't expect to get any votes. Your entry was fluid, dynamic, and overall very well put together. I understand why people put so much confidence in you, you are very talented.
