No hate but... Why people keep sayin' The Ring is Tech's best song ever ?
I came across a bunch of threads where people kept repeating "The Ring" was one of Tech's greatest songs of all time.
Now personally, I don't feel that song (don't hate). I agree, the delivery is insane, the lyrics are dope, but I mean, there's a bunch of other Tech's song with an insane delivery and dope lyrics. What makes this song so particular for you people who love that song ?

yes. It makes you feel what he feels. Plus, when he use to perform "This Ring" at shows, it was always the dopest part of the show imo.

that song feels like he put everything he had into it thats what i love about it.. im guessing you became a tech fan long after that song came out.. which theres nuthin wrong with that, but thats prolly why you dont feel it as much

Yeah, this is probably the main reason, I've been listening to Tech a month before Sickology 101 drops. But I see what y'all mean. Thanks for the replies, I even got a reply from Tech himself, in a kind of way lol.

The song is comparing Tech N9ne the family man, to Tech N9ne the rapper. Its the most real rap song of all time. He talks about making money for his family, but losing them at the same time because he has to be on the road to provide for them. When he raps slow in the beginning of each verse, he describes Tech N9ne the family man. When he raps fast, he is describing Tech N9ne the rapper. Even at the end of the song. him and Kaliko go back and forth and say "This Ring.....Tech N9ne". Its like he is trying to make up his mind what he wants to be. This ring (Family man) or Tech N9ne (rapper). Absolute genius!!!!!!!!!!!!

it's the same thing with some people that keep calling AngHellic Tech's best album. This Ring is a classic song, and AngHellic is a must have for any Tech N9ne fan, but he's definitely improved and made better and more riveting songs since.
