There's a lot of good advice on here man. Always think before you act man. Getting kicked out would suck because you'd have to find a new school and I'm not sure but it could be put on your school record. Then comes the legal part. The cops could very well show up and take you in regardless of who started what, as Ice Cold stated. I don't get involved in activities like that because my temper flares and I usually fight. Alcohol is fun but it has its repercussions. Good luck with college though man, education is gold.
