sweet bro, so in double time it's 14 secs but obviously at 70bmp its 28 secs, so in asking for 8 bar verses at the usual 70bmp when my track is at 140bpm, I will be asking for 16 bar verses at 140bmp / 8 bar verses at 70bpm, got a killer track coming :) 10 rappers with 28 secs to shine each

in that case its 28 secs yes, just ask for a 16bars verse for that 140bpm beat and make that beat have around 28 seks for each part.
