I think it was supposed to be, cause he was talking about a bunch of absolute power stuff.... Artists make a lot of songs for CDs they don't use.

THE TRACK WAS MADE FOR "EVERREADY THE RELIGION" AND DID NOT MAKE THE FINAL CUT. SO WAS "WORLD GONE CRAZY" IF YOU NOTICE ON THE DISC, IT'S LABELED AS A "BONUS" SONG.
