I did not want to make a choice back when this was brought up because it was way to soon. But now that Sickology has been out for a while I think I can now give my full honest opinion. I have to say that I like Sickology better than MLK. I guess I just like the vibe of Sickology. Of course I still like the first Midwest Choppers better than the second but I think more tracks on Sickology outshine tracks on MLK. To me Sickology is just a better production I think. When I'm listening to a Tech mix I usually only listen to Midwest Choppers and Fan or Foe from MLK. But shit I still put about 9 or 10 tracks from Sickology in my playlist.
you skip one of the best songs on mlk...girl crazy. thats crazy shit right there

Personally I skip the following songs on a fairly regular basis. Each only has three for me so IMO I'd have to say its pretty even even though its been 2 years and MLK still hasn't got old to me and we'll see if that holds true for Sickology.

Misery Loves Kompany -
7. "Get Ya Head Right" (featuring Money Hungry, Snug Brim)
9. "Girl Crazy "Crazy Love"
13. "I Can Feel It" (featuring Agginy, The Philsta)

Sickology -
3. "Ghetto Love" (featuring Krizz Kaliko & Kutt Calhoun)
5. "We Kixin' It" (featuring Ron Ron & The Popper)
16. "Creepin'" (featuring B.G. Bulletwound & Paul Mussan)
I like Sickology better. It's more my cup of tea
