this could very well be answered in another thread but i didnt wana sort through all the bull shit when i could just ask and probly get some sort of answer.
But did tech intend to have any sort of connection to Martin Luther King with the name "MLK"

ya i know that. but i just wasnt sure if he intended for it to be that way. because Kompany is actually spelled with a C so i thought maybe he just had to make it with a K in order to keep the conection.

He was going for more of a dirty gutta hood sound for that album and since in every hood theres a martin luther king blvd, st, dr, etc. he went with those initials even though they made up misery loves kompany and not martin luther king.

i always thought he used a 'K' because Company starts with a 'C', and bloods avoid using words that start with C's or something
