You must be really stoned to think I was serious lol. but yeah to answer the question 'mitch bade' refers to anyone that's a bitch IE exhibits bitch-like behavior like snitchin on you to shooting you in the bawl sac. I guess just anyone who doesn't know how to act right and has a lot of undeserved self-righteousness. Hope that helps.
