Mah bad but MGK looks like a fake ass punk from a trailer park.

no offense y'all, that's just my opinion.
Everyone's entitled to their opinions lol and i'm a fan of MGK but he's more of a chopper, his cypher didn't really give him much to go on with the beat and everything. I prefer him twisting it up over slow raps
i think hes wack.
His Cypher sucked..he has a few good songs like any other artist but he signed to bad boy...that was a horrid career move...any good this kid was gonna do was flushed as soon as he inked with BB.
i didnt like his cypher only good part was the last verse
I enjoyed his new mixtape, and the song he did with Mike Posner had a pretty good message to it, and story. I can relate to "On Fire"
I liked "Welcome To The Rage" and "STFU"
hes awfull doesn't even rhyme half the time and his flow is garbage.
the fact he even did a song with waka discredits him, now hes signed to bad boy fuck mgk hes been wack since he started.

First, I hate songs, verses, and especially choruses that just repeat words again and again. Doesn't matter who the artist is, so "Wild Boy" makes me want to throw my laptop.

Second, MGK repeats shit time and time again. I think I heard him rhyme "boy" with "boy" for half his verse, and then "biatch" with "biatch" a few times. Sure, he sounds cool when he starts chopping, but when he doesn't, he just sounds awkward, and "forced".

Third, his cypher was horrible. Having listened to all of them and getting hyped about the Shady 2.0 one, B.o.B, and a few others, MGK's "performance" irritated me. I don't even remember how many times he repeated the same shit on THAT.

With that being said, my opinion of MGK is based on a small sample size, and I'm NOT impressed.

To me I think he's lame as fuck. Though I will admit I haven't listened to a large collection of his music but thats because from what I have heard I dont like it and dont want to listen to any more of his shit. His Cypher was fucking terrible by far the worst on of the night (to me it was laughably bad). I know he can do the chopper thing as I have heard it he just doesn't impress me. And I know this is kinda irrelevant cause it has nothing to do with my opinion on his music but his style, with the whole white trash gangster fucking snap-back barely hanging on his head like fucking Young Jeezy or some shit, makes me just wanna slap the shit outta him.
I don't know what to think of him yet. Some stuff I've heard was impressive, some wasn't. His cypher had many ups and downs.
