Nah it's nothing to do with that, It's definately a bug in the system. I've ordered loads of shit and shipping has never come to more than $15. $40 on this is wrongly priced. I'm just pissed off at how terrible the customer service is.

Ha yeah. Think it's finally being sorted though. Sent a bunch of emails at once and got one back saying they will fix it

Fans: thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We apologize for any inconvenience it has caused. The issue has been fixed and shipping rates for international have gone back to the correct amount.

USPS had changed their API, which automatically pulls the shipping rate information upon a customer purchase, causing customers to be charged the rate for PRIORITY shipping instead of FIRST CLASS. Those who purchased a pre-order from our store during this time can rest assured knowing that they will be receive a refund of the amount they were overcharged. Chances are that refund has already taken place. If not, then please contact us and we will resolve the matter as soon as possible.
