They were supposed to be signed, or at least "Downtown the World" was supposed to be released under Strange, but it never was.

Tech said on the Strange Music Library before introducing Critical Bill he said, "Skatterman and Snug Brim was the first GROUP we signed to Strange Music, Critical Bill was the first ROCK GROUP we sign to Strange Music, and Kutt Calhoun was the first ARTIST we signed to Strange Music."
