I had the same problem, website was really busy for the sale and Penny told me some parts of orders didn't go through. Call 816-229-4700 and follow the directions to get to "Online Sales" and it takes you straight to Penny's voicemail, leave her your number and she'll call you back. only took her 1 hour to get back to me. Very nice woman.
