Based on the short story written by James Sobanski and Screenplay by Matt Kowalski,The Musick follows a young rap artist trying to make his way in the world of entertainment.Growing up in a rundown trailer home with few friends and an alcoholic bully for a father.Deep finds himself up against great odds. It's not until his brush with death where he becomes an artist. The more his life spins out of control, the more material he has for his music.Leaving everyone with the same question. What if the lyrics are real?

A lot of people worked hard behind the scenes on this Movie and Soundtrack.
The soundtrack alone features original tracks from some of the best in underground music. Werdplay (Blestenation), Liquid Assassin, Royce Da 5'9" Potluck, PLC, Tony Bones, Haystak, Twista and Bizzy Bone just to name a few.

From what i can gather looks like its a movie about a rapper rappin about murderin or something, then he really starts to act out the violence in his lyrics.

i signed up for the team, got a confirmation email. anyway, one of the things for being on the team is youd be able to order a special package including the dvd movie, soundtrack, ltd ed t-shirt, like 3 posters, other stuff...and a chance to win a trip to be in a movie with STRANGE MUSIC artists thats being filmed this summer. now i dont know when they planned on "announcing" that or whatever, but mentioning this here might make more Strange fans actually sing up
