Bought mine yesterday, well this morning. You just gotta look at the album to make sure there's a big red "Explicit" logo beside it, or a Parental Advisory logo on the album artwork. But yeah, as Juggalo Mo said, they're carrying both a Clean (who fucking knows why) and Explicit version.

hahaha thats the worst feeling. i accidently bought the edited version of Mistah F.A.B.'s "Da Baydestrian" album, luckily they let me exchange it for the explicit copy the next day
