I bet wayne comes hard on it. doubt they'll throw many bulshit verses on the carter IV, and I hope they both murder it. Tech would get recogniton from that by a huge crowd

Actually that's a fair point... Tech's verse on "Fried" (from E-40's album "Graveyard Shift") was the first time I wasn't blown away instantly by a featured Tech verse. Every Tech song I know has mind blowing verses and they get at me straight away and I fucking love it. It took me a few listens to get used to this one before I was like yeah this is dope. Before that verse came out, I would have agreed with you.

WHAT i think is that, as usual, we all seem to forget so easily the intelligence, talent, and generosity of it all that Tech N9ne not only shares with his fans but with everyone.  Lil Wayne has his own style, and it just seems that Tech brings the best out in a lot of ppl. ???? i'm curious to see "the best of" Wayne! haha. i bet, and i can be pretty lucky sometimes, lol the tracks are gonna be BITCHIN! ^ love the shades :)

When I first started listening to Wayne, he had some good lines. Lines that were witty, clever, and kind of funny. But, that's about all it was, punch lines. I haven't really heard a Wayne song that left me thinking "Damn, that was talent" or a flow that blew me away.

 

Tech is a smart man. He's not going to put Wayne on a track and make him look like a fool. That's not good on ANY level. Both tracks (Fuck Food and Play My Game) are going to be "Weezy Styled" tracks. You know, probably a legit beat, more of a "party" type, and Wayne will come out with punch lines, like usual. And then Tech will hop on, and he'll rip it to the best of his ability while sticking to the song.

 

Making Wayne look like an idiot will do a number of bad things:

 

1. Make the overall song quality worse. You know Tech doesn't want that.

2. Embarrass a "big name" artist, which can burn bridges. How much that would affect Tech? Eh, IDK.

3. Leave other rappers potentially turned off of working with Tech.

 

You know Tech is going to come hard, but both tracks will cater to Lil Wayne's style. That's what Tech does.
