lil wayne?
seems to me that tech is in fact selling out.. he wants to do something with lil wayne so it attracts the main stream. i mean lets face it people of course in all our goals we start and stick to our ideas..but as hes goten bigger he is going to loose site of those. Thats why mixed plate had such a main stream feel to it. what is main stream?? well its softermusic that can be played over t.v and radio wthout to much worry of offending to many people. owell if thats the way he chooses to go it is his choice. At least he made k.o.d killer misery loves kompany absolute power and others and countless tracks that represent what he is and where he came from.

gee I didn't know you also met Lil Wayne and got to know him. If you listen to his recounting of his meeting with Wayne, Wayne missed his daughters B-Day to make a song with Tech N9ne, Tech rapped about not being able to see his kids since he's always making music and going on tour so he feels him. Wayne doesn't make good music, but he still has a life, his lyrics suck but he doesn't care, he's just there to make money.

Actually I disagree. Tech's always held to his philosphy of bringing mainstream to him. He's still hardcore and everyone knows tech doesnt fuck around. His Mixed Plate album wasnt about goin soft it was showin love to his hometown, thats why hes got seepage comin out which is dark even tho he said he was done but thats just a part of Tech that he'll always have. But face it, who WANTS to live dark their whole life? We should be happy that Tech is movin on to bigger and better things. He STILL holds on to his goal of taking over the world. His empire has been built from the ground up and its selfish to ask Tech NOT to expand to everybody. Its awsome that he united with the gangstas, juggalos, suburban kids, and pretty much took over the whole underground and its not fair to him to know that all these mainstream cats show him love and expect him to turn them down. In the end its all about philosphy. Tech is for ALL and he will never outcast ppl from his music and if it wasnt for the diversity of different emcees then his fan base would be limited. Of course he hates the leaders of mainstream who control what we listen to because in the past mainstream artists wanted to work with him but their labels wouldnt allow it so it makes sense to say FTI but for those who are willing to take a chance then he's not gonna deny them. In the end anybody is lucky to have Tech on a track and if the result of it is a whole new group of fans then the ending result is the accomplishment of his goal. Takin over the world with his music.
