Lets be honest though outside of klusterfuk the rest of tech's E.P's are average

Actually it makes sense to continue it marketing-wise, they can branch out to different, more mainstream audiences. I feel like that was what Tech was going for on this whole EP tbh with all the twitter references and the party songs I think he's just trying to get more followers/attention.

I think Rock Yo Head is alright for what it is, but why more 816 Boyz tracks? It was suppose to be a joke. Areola was funny. Now it just seems like a convenient way to add a few more minutes to a release.

yeah, business-wise it could bring in more consumers but we are the core consumers; the target market. Idk, all I know is that musically it's disappointing. First thing these tracks were just on the colabos, then they seeped into other strange releases, now on an EP. I just hope there isn't an 816 boyz track on the next solo album.

well yeah, but if that's the goal why didn't he just do that from the beginning and just make bullshit music all together? I don't see why he has to do it now. If he wants to sign other artists that make that kind of music then that's fine, he'll make money off of that. I don't have a problem with that, but I started listening to TECH N9NE for other reasons, don't get me wrong, I like most of the 816 Boyz songs but I feel like we just keep making excuses for our favorite rapper that we wouldn't for mediocre rappers. Do we stop to listen to ourselves and imagine what our arguments would sound like if we replaced Tech with 2 Chainz? Tech's past work, flow and concepts will always be light years ahead of mainstream artists, which is why I will always listen to Tech and why he is still one of my favorite rappers 'n why I will always support Strange. but I'm just saying, there are times when I feel like some of us let him get away with shit that we give other artists shit for. But I also understand that other people genuinely like this new music as much or even more than his old shit, so it is what is. 'N I understand Tech is a businessman, but like I said, there's a point where you can sign acts that make that music instead of making that music yourself, I haven't heard any full-length releases that were terrible or even bad from Tech yet so I haven't given up on him by any means, even the EPs are at worst average, but he's still doing good for how long he's been rapping and how hard he works, but these individual songs on each and every project (and they are on every project) are really bothersome... to me at least. And I'm not saying that you're necessarily justifying him trying to gain more followers, but that's just my thoughts, and boy do I have a lot of 'em.

Its honestly dope....
Topics suck sometimes.....
The skits are ehhh....
but lets remember there is a song with the doors being made......
We got another WWC coming......
Be patient and enjoy what he throws at you, no one is making you buy it.
Dont like it dont buy it, if you like it throw him some bones

I downloaded and deleted all the skits. I usually do.... They are normally terrible lol. Heres my opinions on each track....

E.B.A.H. - I loved it. I kinda thought the whole scratching was a bit out of place at first but it grew on me. I am not to fond of the Evil Brain Angel Heart chant but its growing haha. Anyways, overall great track in my opinion......

Don't Tweet This - MAN I hate to say it.... but I LOVE the hell out of this track. Starting off with "Whassup, it's me, caribou lou again, Tech N9ne, Kansas City Fuckin Hooligan".... see I love that. It kinda seems like Tech is saying yeah its me, the party king, etc. I love it cuz he obviously shows party music is his thing to. Now the only part I hate of this song is the chorus. Its absolutely horrible and out of key in my opinion. But the flow and rhyme is great in this song I think..... It'll take many more plays for me to figure this one out.

KJOMD- now I do kinda like this song. A bit. Just cuz it has humor and I will say Tech spits pretty well on it. But like dont tweet this, its kinda funny in my opinion and i like a humorous track here and there. It keeps the music interesting. Cant be seriosu all the time. Besides, i think this song has a bit of a story..... I mean... we all date those freaks out there in our lives dont we? Shit, i'd be kinda jealous of my dick to......

Rock Yo Head- Heard the sample at the show in kc aug 24th... automatically couldnt wait for it to come out. REPLAY REPLAY REPLAY!!!! I love this song, Gets me going. I will say in tech's first verse, the choppiness of the beat kinda isnt my thing but hey, its dealable...... Love this song... not much more to say. But i didnt like how kali said "tryna see how much money this song gunna get me"   <------- WTF

A Real 1- one of the most seriosu songs i've heard. has a sort of natural sound and you can really feel tech's voice and emotions. This is something that needs to be addressed and I love this song. definitely one of my favorite songs on the e.p.

Boy Toy-......    -_-      -_-      -_-      Absolutely hated this song. I hate the "silly" voice Tech puts on on songs like this and the beat is absolutely TERRIBLE..... Idk what Tech was thinking picking this beat. And the Sample is ANNOYING.....

Overall I give this E.P. a 3.5 / 5...... It was a solid E.P. with a lot of room for progress. I just think Tech needs to take a little more time. You always hear him say how he gets off tour, Hits studio, and pushes album out in a few days.....

Anyone who doesn't like Boy Toy or KJOMD really missed what Tech was getting at with them.

Consider BOTH as just one song split in to two. The first half is about the animalistic sex (evil brain) and KJOMD is about wanting to be loved not just them loving his dick and wanting to fuck him.

The whole EP was on point, it fit the EBAH concept perfectly, the craziness, the content, everything was fantastic. You might not like him talking about his dick and sex etc... but the thing is Tech worked it well for this EP and please people think for two seconds, what's more EBAH than sex and love? Two raw natural things for human beings that tear your head and heart apart. Tech did nothing wrong on the EP. Personal preference is something completely different.

I think a lot of people like to complain about everything.
