alright before you all go off on me for making a thread that might be similar to one already out here jsut read on, and please have an open mind.

I just got done looking at Coles post about the tech wayne interview on xxl magazine, and after watching the video of tech i realized how much us, his fans, arent really supporting him.

like tech said, we used to go press his CDs and hand them out to people, to spread his name and get everyone on the tech n9ne bandwagon, because thats what he deserves is worldwide honors. but then as soon as tech is at the footsteps of worldwide stardom (by possibly collabing with wayne) we get mad.

ive alwasy been one of the fans who supports tech and wayne collabing, because i can see what it would do for techs career and for the music industry, but so many people are hating on this idea, jsut because they dont prefer waynes music or talent.

REGARDLESS OF WAYNES MUSIC OR YOUR TASTES IN MUSIC, TECH NEEDS THIS COLLAB.

i feel as though tech thinks his fans have almost abandoned his pursuit for worldwide fame, and we need to SHOW him that we still care about him and what he wants to do musically.

I personally still stand behind tech and what he does. So if youre like me and you want tech to SEE our support for what hes doing, please repost. My hope is that Tech or at least trav sees this thread and shows it to tech and he can realize that even tho theyre are those tech/wayne collab haters out there, that he still has his fans, and we still love what hes doing.

Please repost "TECH N9NE FOR LIFE" is youre with me on this one.  lets make it like the "tech go head and do you" thread.

But youre forgetting something dude. Most the kids on this site are seasoned hiphop scholars and are the last authority when it comes to deciding what "real hiphop" is. So we must listen to them when it comes to deciding what Tech should and shouldnt do. #OKBye

DUDE, these people blow me away. Tech fans love him because he is a an exceptional artist and makes fantastic music. Everyone, including Tech, makes music because of A) It makes money and B) because they enjoy doing it. Regardless, who gives a fuck WHY Tech or anyone else makes music, at the end of the day we benefit from any shred of music Tech gives us because it is fire. These detractors of a Weezy/Tech are foolish and selfish. Isnt it obvious that Tech doesn't give a fuck what anyone thinks. He does Tech, and that why we all love him. Recognize his genius and be thrilled he continues to give us all a piece of his art. I hate mainstream music because people like or dislike due to what the media or others tell you to believe, make your own assessment and move on. Ack-a-Donkey on em Tech...The idea that "people decide what "REAL" hip-hop is is a fuckin joke. Its all relative, if you dont like a weezy/tech track, then dont listen to it. When it comes out, you'll listen to it, because Tech has that kind of pull. EOS.
Tech N9ne For Life... All day all night

I have just realized the same thing... we arent being his fans right now.... we are trying to go against his goal all along.. He is saying FTI because they wouldnt play him. not saying he doesnt want attention. Wayne is a good dude i think. I like a lot of his songs. Liek take mr carter for instance.. great song. When he talks about true shit it sounds good. I think this will be excellent for tech's career. Personally I am happy as hell for tech and i think that he is about to take over. Tech is the most humble artist out there. I have never met an artist as down to earth and humble as he is...

Tech if your reading this bro much love and I support you all day all night.

Tech N9ne for life till they put me in the ground!
PRAY he doesn't. wayne, minaj heck all of young money b4 that

I hope Tech doesn't go down the same path as Raekwon did
See this guy knows whats up.
The way I'm looking at it is Wayne reached out to Tech...not the other way around. Honestly, I'm gonna listen to the track...possibly like the entire thing...possibly only like Tech's verse. Cause shit, who knows...maybe Wayne will realize he won't be able to half ass his verse bein on a track with an MC like Tech. The only tracks Wayne has been on that had artists I actually liked featured....were Swagga Like Us, where he got raped by the other 3 dudes...Forever...where he got murdered by Em...annnnd No Love, where he got raped by Em once again. Oh and Mr Carter where I liked Jay's verse a million times better than Waynes. Other than that, I can't really recall a track Wayne has done with some one else, and I liked it. Seems like mos of the time he picks people to collab with, who aren't very talented. So I'm actually kinda happy he saw the light and wants to reach out to someone who IS talented.
I don't bitch about the Wayne collaboration or claim he's "sold out," but I do avidly claim that The Gates Mixed Plate was not good.
tech obviously doesnt care about our support. and right now. he doesnt deserve it.
after harvey dent i feel like he should be punched 1 time by each of his true fans. cause that was a slap in the face to us. his whole fucking attitude lately has been a slap in the face to us actually.

now i said i was done hating. but when stupid topics like this are made. im not gonna sit back and watch.

i havent heard a well thought out good verse from tech n9ne since the lost scripts. he just jots shit down now. its awfully annoying. the gates mixed plate didnt have one innovative song.. and what i mean by that is everything he talked about in that album hes either talked about before or someone else has multiple times. and ive never seen that low quality out of tech. hes always got some new idea to write about. im actually kinda interested in hearing what hopsin thinks of techs new direction and music.. i doubt hes really listened to it tho.
Tech go ahead and do you. Oh wait... wrong thread.
