How do I put this without offending the die hard fans..?
Tech is really selling the fuck out at this point in time. It's getting to be painful.
People seem to have this same approach when all Mixed Plate and 6's n 7's came out.
But I defended what I thought was a smart move for buisness. You see I don't mind him working with Wayne or T-Pain ect because Major or Indie if your dope your dope and Tech is the Collab Master. I actually enjoy that an indie artist can finally do that. Only a select few have reached that plateau. I thought 6's n 7's sounded a little mainstream in area's but it still sounded good! Plus it also had that real Tech shit and some rock type shit. I loved the diversity.
Than he did WTSL back on some Indie shit..I actually liked 6n7's more..
But than he dropped Klusterfuk which the majority of most of the fans I seen on here thought was pretty disapointing..but still I thought "ok cool, he's trying to raise the bar and think outside the box" lord knows Tech is the man when it comes to diversity and good idea's with music. So I said not really my shit..probably the most disappointing release from Tech i've ever heard but I like the idea of it even if it's not my forte.
But than he did E.B.A.H. And this is just a fuckin sloppy pile of sellout shit. Seriously don't tweet this? And the beat couldn't be more perfect for the title. Just that real mainstream fucking garbage. It was so bad I cringed. Than I heard the rest of the album..with the exception of maybe "A Real One" (which still wasn't great) i've never been..disgusted with any of Tech's records but this was like watching someone kick a baby across the room. And yeah it's just an E.P. Right? Well so was Seepage and Lost Scripts which were still dope despite a lack of effort on tracks like Harvy Dent...but even than the track was still dope. But the last two shit's that Tech has dropped is crap and E.B.A.H. Is just SELLTHEFUCKOUTBULLSHIT. like really who bumps that shit? I'll tell you who. Retards who can't think for themselves or have any taste and are forcefed shit like Soulja Boy and think it's cool because everyone is playing it. And it's all just the mainstream machine pushin bullshit and nobody argue's it because 1 person with taste still can't hold a debate against 10 mindless idiots. Isn't that what Earegular is soppose to be all about? Than were fed "Don't tweet this?" WTF? I know I'm carrying on. If you have any insight please lace me up. I hope not to be slandered and insulted. I don't mean to offend.

I dont completely agree with you but i deffinatly feel ya about the EP situation, you may notice that Tech (With 2), iMayday!, and Ces Cru all just released EPs and another is being released in a couple days by Kutt and then its Stevie Stones new EP and they're talkin about Tech next possible EP. they are just trying to get money and theres no dought about that. They only one with a possible LP is Cognito with his new album. if its not an EP that is. I think you guys ALL need to get on the real grind n pull out some real heat with an LP or 3. hahaha the only one not jockin that EP trend is Krizz, but you never know the way everythings going. N dont get me wrong i understand that they just got off of the Hostile takover tour and really had no time, but they should have time now and instead of partying like #Don'tTweetThis they should be spending time with family and preparing for the next best thing in the game.

Tech n9ne became garbage after all 6's and 7's

honest?

lol WHAT?

So Aqueleo and Hopsin have sold out? (just to name a couple)

tv and radio have become insignificant as far as album sales, with the invention and ongoing development of the internet. besides i believe the actual music was being discussed rather than where the music is found. id consider an album being sold on itunes as "selling out" before an album that was played on the radio, but that's me

well...

do you see any EBAH stuff on tv or radio? No.

lol seriously. EVERYONE is on iTunes. It would be ridiculously stupid to not put your music on iTunes. It's the largest online music store on the planet. That's like saying having your music sold in Best Buy is selling out.

I've been reading the comments on here about EBAH and Klusterfuk when it dropped and all I got to say to is yall are getting worked up about a fuckin EP. Yes, I believe EPs should be flawless and I only liked 3 songs off each EP but damn. I'm not directing this at you Weezy B but everyone who's had an opinion on the matter. You are all titled to your opinion 100%, so I respect what everyone is saying but think about this. Would you rather have Tech dropped his full length LP in Oct with some great tracks + filler and it wasn't the best it could be? I sure as hell didn't, I'm glad he pushed it back till next year. And they are releasing these EPs to satiate the fans need for new music which you don't have to like but sheesh lol. Wait till the album drops then if you have the same opinion (again not directing specifically at you, just making a point) about selling out or not making "elite" music like he used to then everyone will have a legitimate argument.

I agree with some of the OP, i don't necessarily consider it to be selling out, as much as just running out of material to write about.  There are two types of fans on this website, The Realistic Fan who has no fear expressing discrepancies with their artists work.  And the Dick Riders, who will defend their artist to the grave for reasons unknown...possibly not wanting to hurt their artists feelings? A chance to be noticed by their artist as a true fan?  Dick Riders also seem to become offended easily with the realistic fans and often respond with pussy ass posts like "hey, why can't you just enjoy the music instead of complaining" as if all you have to do is simply shut up and listen to the shitty music and it magically gets better. lol

I think the selling out argument is stupid. As long as Tech owns his own independent record label and continues to release music under said label, I don't think technically you can consider him selling out. Not to say I enjoy all the music he's putting out as of late, but to call it selling out seems really fucking stupid.

Do you guys understand the point of an artist making a mixtape and or EP. It is to give the fans more music while they work on their new project. Maybe you should tell Tech to stop, but then again you probably would complain that he isn't putting out new music fast enough. Its a big circle with you people. He takes time too perfect his album, he is isn't putting out enough music in time. He starts writing his life and the what mood he is in, its not dark enough. I would hope that Tech isn't a manic depressant, that there are other sides to his life. And how can a person who is on his own label, with no major label backing him be selling out. WTF!!!! I don't like all of Tech's songs, mostly because they are not my taste. I wish he would write something different then about sex, but maybe he is getting alot? Who knows. I personal do not want to wait for his LP to come out to get new music, so I am happy. Every artist on strange has done either a mixtape or Ep by the way. Oh Harvey Dent was on the gates mix plate, by the way.

Cognito? lol and Krizz just said he has an EP coming soon.

I've said most of what I've wanted to say on this discussion in other threads. as tie said, I don't think Tech has sold out just because of an EP, that's silly. However I agree with a lot of what you said otherwise. Not really gonna say much else, I think people know my opinion on all this by now. The day a Tech releases 3 solo LPs in a row that sound like Flockaveli, iSouljaboitellem, and Rebirth is the day I stop listening to Tech, the man still delivers on Solo albums just like you said. These EPs are ridiculous but we've given our opinions. Not gonna say that bullshit "if you don't like it, don't listen and don't bitch" fuck that, you're allowed to speak your mind. And Brett Boothe, smh dude. His music is not over our head, Don't Tweet This? Evil Brain, Angel Heart? Earregular? Kinda Jealous Of My Dick? We get the concepts dude, just because some of us don't like some of the tracks doesn't mean we're idiots and oblivious. Stop pretending like you're above us and your opinion is some truth. I can respect your OPINION if you like EBAH and all, but don't try to demean ours by insulting our intelligence.

Lol at you thinking you got everything all figured out.  EP is not actually something an artist puts out to give fans more music while they work on a project.  An EP was originally the Tracks that didn't make the album and or Beats that were purchased for the album and didn't get used.  Another part of your post you might need clarification on is typically is isn't the same group people complaining for all those different reasons.  Its different people complaining for one single different reason.  For example the people who are currently complaining are dissatisfied with the current quality of his music we would all rather he took his time and made good music....and then somebody else might complain that he is taking too long when he is putting out better quality music.  Just some things to keep in mind while you continue to think you have everything all figured out...
