in oregon the everclear is 95%..

I know it's sold as 190 proof as well. A lot of states, like my state MI, don't sell the 190 proof but they do sell a 151 proof.

This! Washington state for example does sell the 151 proof version, while oregon sells the 190 proof. So you can make it in any state (as far as i know, no state outlaws 151), you will just get a slightly weaker version in the 151 version, but after drinking the 151 version monday night, its plenty strong enough.

Ive gotta stop finding these cocktails, as I dont just try a bit...I usually mix it strong and try atleast a pint, and end up in trouble.thats whats fucked up !!
