i listened to it and thought the same thing, well lets be real there is not "thinking" he's just giving us a heads up and yes i know what your talking about in terms of the tone of the beats that are gonna be coming toward us in the future. but i just can't believe that you didn't listen to K.O.D. just as much if not more than the other albums, but i guess to everyone his own right. but see the thing is that tech's got beats coming to him now not the other way around so that's why we're witnessing this steady transition toward more upbeat or bass beats, you know what i'm saying? but like you said dog tech is tech and he can do anything all us true fans know what his name really means so if you really support him then you shouldn't be surprised, i love all the styles that he does. i can't really say that i don't like any of his songs from SHE, to Leave Me Alone, to Enjoy, to Jellysickle, T9X everything, i just like some more than others

NIce, GOOD opinions and greats ways of putting things. agree with everything u both have said. I can remember back over the years of how i used to think to myself " if tech ever goes mainstream im gonna stop listening to him" lol, as i have always, for the most part, listened to underground rap. but now im looking forward to the switch ups that will hopefully be coming. how many more artists do u think will sign to strange music by the end of strange musics time? also, search for a rapper who goes by the name of COO COO CAL. i really think that he has the potential and rhyme patterns to be signed to strange music. hes kinda hard to find on the internet but i have found some torrents of his 2 cd's.

you don't really have to listen to them all now, you should have noticed it as the changes where happening, i know i did, and you're 100% correct that's what i was getting at but not in too much of a direct way. tech isn't mainstream by a long shot so i hope that no one ever gets that shit twisted, cuz although the beats have changed a bit here and there till now, you can still here it and know "that's a tech track" and his flow is still one of a kind. Like i say "i'ma be where i'm at" well tech will always "be where he's at" and that's him and his current state of mind, to us that's the top straight up

TECH N9NE.

This song was amazing...for him to address this issue straight on was true tech shit...I honestly i dont care what tech wants to write about...Tech is the complete number 9, the master of rhyme...he spits fire on whatever he is on...cheers tech!! More caribou lou and less boo hoo!!!

Nice! Outside of Tech, Coo Coo Cal is my favorite rapper. Check my profile bro. I got a few songs of his in there, and some pics of my posters and albums from him. Got EVERYTHING he's ever put out.

Yeah, Your right. But just because its not dark doesnt mean its gunna be party songs. He could still have songs that sound like "midwest choppers" That Box" "I'm A Playa" "Riot Maker" "Caribou lou" yeah he can still do his thing on those type of songs they dont ALL have to be party songs. so yeah hes gunna be fine dont trip. DONT UNDER ESTIMATE TECH. Hes got the heat. People need to stop fuckin sleepin on him.

Thats a damn good idea. I actually thought the same thing not too long ago. Even if he did a bullshit album it would still be fire because his style wont change it would just be a dif type of song than were used to

i think tech needs to reflect on his darkness for his music...not all but def use it. hes been doing it since he started rappin...so he needs to keep usin it. lol. but tech def has no where to go but up...even further than hes gone before.
