Kutt is by FAR a better rapper than Wayne. But considering that Kutt's albums haven't been all that in my eyes (weak beat selection and songwriting) I could see how an argument could be made that Wayne's made better material. However, IMO, that better material would not be No Ceilings, it'd be something like Tha Carter II, back before Wayne got lazy and wack. Regardless, in a cipher or battle, Kutt would murder him.

Decent album regardless tho, of course all that ghost writing is starting to bite wayne in the ass, people are serving him law suits bout lollipop and a millie while wayne's in jail. Let Kutt build his solo career a bit more and I have no doubt he will start making music that will far surpass wayne...guess I'll just wait for raw & unkutt.
