It stemmed from that, Kutt didn't get paid what he was supposed to by Gayme.

He's talking about the Game, fuckin' a, not Wayne. He's stating that the Game is a fake blood. Whether Wayne is reppin' the b for real or not, Kutt's dissing Game.

And why should Lil' Wayne reach out to Tech N9ne or Strange? Because he's at the top of the mainstream game? Because he could get Strange the most press by buddying up with them? It's retarded to think that Strange would have beef with Wayne because he hasn't reached out to them, but it's more retarded to think that Lil Wayne should for whatever reason. Maybe if him and Tech grew up together, but that's not the case at all. He has no obligation whatsoever. He's one of the most popular entertainers right now, and the way the business works is; pay him whatever insane price he's asking, and he'll drop sixteen. If not, oh well. Should I be pissed Tech hasn't reached out to me? I'm a fan, so he should, right? NO. Why? 'Cause I'm a broke ass who can't afford to get him on a track.

I still think he's talking about wayne. Just makes more sense because wayne and cash money are still in the public eye. Games not so much. And it does stem back to when they were talking about how wayne was a crip when he was a hot boy and then when he blows up its all of the sudden bloods this and bloods that.
