Permalink Reply by Dom Guzzman on November 1, 2011 at 7:54am Music is subjective and all that but, lyrically Scoob is the worst rapper. He's decent, but he's got the same got-damn flow on every fuckin' song. He sells the least records, and you know he's getting all the leftover beats that Tech, Kali, and Kutt ain't fuckin' with.

I understand what you're saying about Strange linking the videos, but Strange isn't gonna make a point to promote these videos because they're videos for the core fans. We already know about it. We'll spread the word. That's the point.
But about the Scoob thing...Scoob is not a big name on Strange, just a big man. Face it, nobody is buying tickets to a Strange Music tour just to see Scoob and then bouncing. He doesn't sell all that much because honestly, I don't think he's that good. And I know I am not the minority on that one. Even though WWC may have stolen some of Scoob's thunder, Tech made a point to shoutout Scoob and hype up his release. As big as WWC was, a lot of people who tuned in for that heard Tech talking about Scoob. It's not like Scoob's sales would have skyrocketed had Tech not released WWC that day. It wouldn't have made a difference. As for No Filter being delayed and then released...Scoob is dying, literally. I don't think he gives a shit about his EP or anything like that, I think he's trying to be with his wife and kids.

And it is just my opinion that the rest of strange suffers from weaker promotion than tech. On the day damn fool released tech announced wwc would release online, effectively stealing all the attention. what were people talking about online that week, scoobs disc or wwc? Then no filter is delayed and then released out of the blue with barely a word about it. I love strange, it just feels like they could do more for their other artists. I'm not copying and pasting, just reiterating.
My misconception of strangeland was my fault. I thought it was going to be like strictly strange 08 or strange days, with collabs across the board. I imagined more verses from the rest of strange. It is a phenominal album as is, I just got my hopes up for more of the other strangers. Can't wait for the bonus tracks though, day one purchase.
I'm not trying to get into an internet battle, just posting my opinion. I'm glad kutts got some new vids, and I think it is up to us to promote them since it doesn't seem as if strange is going to.

2. I'm not a fan of Skatterman or Snug Brim or Killa C.
3. I don't give a shit if Strange doesn't care about repetitiveness, I do. Therefore, it is a good enough reason for me to not like Scoob.

Ok were really gonna talk about the same flow....... This is the record label that signed BLH and Skatterman/Snugbrim, and Killa C got hella repetative to so obviously Strange could give a fuck less about repetitiveness

For argument's sake, let's say it's Everready. So you truly think Monsterifik is better than Anghellic, Absolute Power, Killer, KOD, MLK, Sickology, A6A7, Genius, Vitiligo, Shock Treatment, BLEVE, Feature Presentation, Raw & Unkutt, etc.? Really? Wahhhhh dude.
