Ehhhhhhhhhhhhh....Tupac wanted Tech on a track. Tupac recorded a song. Tupac died. Tupac's people hit up Tech and asked him if he still wanted to do a verse. What he was saying is that he wants Tech & Pac actually getting together and working together.

as explained above, they did not really work on  a track together

tech was living with QD3 in 97 & at that time, AMARU (Tupac's Label Who Released His Music After His Death) had giving QD3 several tracks to work with, thugs get lonely was one of them & tech hopped on the track but it didnt get officially released, it apeared on one of the ''Makaveli'' bootlegs

This actually sounds good. Most remixes you found on youtube are crap. The artists don't flow with the beat at all. But this one is right on point.
