The reason he is one of the best is because of his musical range. He can rap, sing r&b and opera, and sound hella raw in a rock beat. He is one of the greatest. NUFF said

Most def, but he really dissapointed me with Vitiligo. I mean I loved the cd, but it proved to me he's much better as a featured artist. Rock the chorus's, lay the back ups, and keep dropping the sickest 16's I've ever heard. He's the straight up backbone of Strange Music. Couldn't do it without him.
