In case you don't know who he is, Joseph Kony is the leader of the LRA (a rebel army of children in central Africa). He kidnaps children and forces them to fight in his army or he kills them. He has snatched over 30,000 children in the last 26 yrs. search Kony 2012 on youtube for more info.

Maybe I will. I have never opened my mind to donating to charity until seeing this video. All I can do is try by buying some posters and hanging them up. And if nothing happens then I'll know to never follow another viral video and waste my money.

The video made it sound like this was still a problem there. Maybe it spread to different parts of Africa but Northern Uganda hasn't been touched in years.
