I have been bangin' Strangeland and noticed there is a slight distortion on some of the kicks in some tracks, I have a pair of shit-hot SHURE SRH940 studio monitor headphones, they have even been compared to 'the worlds greatest headphones' the Sennheiser HD 800's, so I know for a fact it isn't the headphones making the distortion, it's the mix, anyone else notice this? By the way Im listening to Audio not mp3.

Ya in retrogression and won't you come dirty in some of the hooks u can hear it. True true

yea retrogression is the one i hear it the most, i believe in the 2nd chorus. i thought it was just where i downloaded it from but whatevs.

Nope and I have a blown speaker in my car I dont hear it

I'm pretty sure that's wack

this could be 1 of 2 things

1). the beats actually have distortion on purpose (i believe thats the case on sad circus)

2).the album was mastered too loud, alot of the tracks over power the vocals

still an amazing album though
