you could have just went to his myspace to find out for yourself. and they probably just did that for hype, don't be so butthurt. and btw tech is disrespected all over hip hop

Lol. Yeahh I couldve your right. What I was really trying to get at was I wanted to know peoples opinion on him if they knew who he was. And no I'm not pissed about it. Its just sad the way hes treated here sometimes. Maybe we take him for granted

Yeahh. I listened to a a bit of a couple songs. Hes not too bad. But hes not tech either. Nobody is on tech's level in the indie game. Tech is def one of the top MC's in all the game. Being from kansas city hes my favorite. Maybe thats a biased opinion but hes not all I listen to. His style is just so different.

hes married to Erika badu and yes hes good but a tad overrated and yes he is blowing the hell up in hiphop .

Jay Electronica (Je’Ri Allah) (b. 1976) is a rapper and producer known for his use of percussionist film soundtracks as a background for his abstract lyrical style, and his associations with Erykah Badu, Just Blaze and Nas. He produced the first track, "Queens Get the Money", on the 2008 Nas album Untitled. The unconventional nature of much of his music, and the lack of conventional release methods for that music, have since 2007 made him the object of much attention. i have all his tracks from his Mixtapes...y'all have check songs like (Eternal Sunshine,Feel Good,Renaissance,Hard To Get,Exhibit A & C Transformations,Something Hold On To,Walk Wit It,World Salute...)

Don't compare him with Tech...they do different Music...Jay is a Down the Earth,Tech is from other Planet...Strange Music Indeed :d
