np, it really does suck. you would think with pre order you'd get it on time bc you obviously give enough of a shit to pay for it a month in advance. it's probably a shit show trying to get them all out though

yeah the preorders werent shipped out until it was basically released this time. it sucks but what can you do i guess. I was all excited because I got Genius like two days early without an email saying that it was even coming. I wouldn't start worrying yet, but if it takes a while maybe email them.

as for the VIP packages, I've heard of them arriving scarily close to the show dates, even though you shouldn't expect them till the week of. if for some reason it doesn't come though, there's a phone number on the vip page that you can call and they'll def make sure you get in anyways

I still haven;t gotten mine either. I did order last Friday so I could understand a few day slate... But not even an email or anytihng other than the initial one to confirm I ordered. And the most frustrating part... when you click on the Support for the store to see if there is a phone or email address it is a broken link.

yep me 2, tht always happins 2 me, didt get killer till a week after the realead, so who the fuck knows wuts goin on, the fuckin post office are lazy and ignorant, atleast the ones here are, everybody hates them here..lol

i got mine yesterday... you gotta read the last page of the booklet. it was hella hardcore to hear what tech had to say about making this album.

im glad he does this music when he needs to. but i hope tech (the person) doesnt feel this much pain again. but like he said "they love my pain, cuz it makes for great music"
