He's my favorite rapper and I think he's the best but do you guys think anyone is better?

I can't decide who's better, but I like Chamillionaire the same. They got way different styles so both their music fits my changing moods. Even though he's clownin with droppin the wrong Major Pain and pushing VENOM back. I heard the reasons, but still not happy.

i think the only 1 close to techs level is em but the others no where close but every one has they own opinion but imo tech is the best. my fav rapper tech 2pac n em but tech is at the top of my list
