I was wondering why I've seen another band reward fans for donating, but I did not look into Irv's page.

Seriously, my bad.

My point was that I've seen a band do what they can to return the favor (no matter how much or little their fans could donate).   Which irv did not mention whatsoever (which speaks volumes about his character). 

Tornado Rider was glad to return the favor of their fans donating hard earned money, in fact they had different tiers as a reward (e.g. $5-$20 the fan would receive a hand written "Thank You" letter from the band members, $21-50 the fans name would appear in the Thank You section of the albums booklet,  $51-100 etc...... and if a fan donated $500 + they would write a song specifically for the fan).

Irv isn't offering anything in return to his fans.  He's saying "donate money so I can make an album" whereas TORNADO RIDER said, "depending on how much you donate, we'll return the favor by....."

If I can manage to work for a few days I'll probably try to donate, but with school and sports, I dunno about that :/

Irv is cool as fuck iv been to 14 strane concerts since 02. An the last few show in olypia n seattle w.a. him and tech kutt krizz an dj chill (exept for the last tour) always show mad luv. Th don't ever turn u down when u ask for a pic. I will show my luv n give what I can.

Could you do that job and be a full time artist at the same time? touring/ recording/ managing a label?

If he's not getting a record contract, there's a reason for it. Everyone starts at the bottom, and begging for donations just shows how lazy he really is. Heroin, heroin heroin.

i don't see why Strange hasn't signed Irv yet. Not that I'd like to see him there or not, but it's been years since people thought he'd get signed. I think at least a distro deal for his album would be dope though

Im pretty sure he has a job besides rapping, so that 5.5k is just a side cost to all his normal bills. All I know is I don't have 5.5k to put out a CD of mine
