from Bill's Twitter:

haha wow. if a respected rapper u are kool with bites the title of one of your most popular songs on his new album, is that kool? #biters

Bill is referring to "Cult Leader" off of All 6s & 7s.  Bill is probably taking this especially personally since Tech already bit Necro (Bill's brother) with "Sexorcist".

ill bill is just trying to bring more attention to his slowly fading career and riding the coat tails of techs success claimin he stole the title of a song, big fuckin deal. why doesnt ill bill just focus on making a comeback?
lol @ill bill making a comparison with titling his song "slim shady", the difference is that the real slim shady would prolly never even hear about this track and even if he heard of it somehow he would never bitch about it on twitter he would never make a comment about it actually))) what a stupid comparison)))))) ill bill is being a bitch, if tech was less popular than him bill wouldn't have said shit but since tech became more popular he wants to gain some attention from it, if shit's so serious he wouldn't bitch about it on TWITTER, LOL!!! cult leader))))))) what CULT??))) i say FUCK Ill Bill maaan
Found it funny that "where Bill comes from", "stealing" a track title is called biting, and not kool. But apparently where he comes from it's kool to cry like a bitch on Twitter instead of asking Tech about it personally. Bahahaha

Tech n9ne is a major biter.

He even stole from Limp Bikit on this disc. Necro, and Ill Bill.

On you owe like Pookie he says "like a chump hey hey" thats a line from Nookie. Big time biter tech!

 Do you understand referencing a flow or lyric? Artists do it all the time, and often times they use something so common and well known that it's OBVIOUS they're doing it.

Your definately right about the OBVIOUS part. As soon as I heard that I thought Nookie. He has a history of doin this shit. Can't say I agree with it but I do like the CD.

Eh, whether you agree with it or not, artists do it all the time. They don't try to pass it off as their own, and in fact it's supposed to be recognized. Eminem has done it, Tech has done it, as have a lot of other rappers and artists in general.

It's one of those "effects", where you switch your flow up a bit, "copy" something from a popular, recognizable song. Maybe you switch the words, maybe you don't, but it's supposed to reference that song, artist, or bring the listener more "into the song" when they go "aww shit, I recognize that".

The most recent version of Tech doing this that I can recall is on "Sex to the Beat" where he uses the "Run and tell that homeboy" line from that YouTube sensation. It's referencing it, not "stealing" it. Supposed to be humorous.

i understand you and i will speak up as a hiphop head who enjoys a lot of different stuff besides Tech being the best and favorite, getting mad over a title is some bitch shit, if people get mad over a title man up and talk to the person you got a problem with, if you gotta jump online to the internet people and bitch bout it without confronting the person who you believe wronged you then yeah you a bitch. and i gotta laugh at this "On the east coast this shit is taken seriously" you east coast fools think you run hiphop everything on the east coast is still stuck in the mid 90's hahaha evolve already

So B Real is a bitch?  LL Cool J?  Marley Marl?  Pretty much any rapper that had a problem with another rapper for stealing shit from them ever?  Again, the people on this forum must not be into hip hop at all and just Tech N9ne because clearly you don't "get it".

It's funny how he implies his song King Diamond is paying tribute to 30 year old music/bands, though they are 30 years old...they've made music as recently as 2007, and are still currently active...and for the pure rap community, King Diamond is both a person and a band, not an unsubstantiated moniker, but a direct stage name..and the song that "pays tribute" in fact has nothing to do with either.

Seriously retarded.
so many people are riding techs dick so hard on this half of theese post should end like "if tech wanted to tea bag me id flop to my knees open up and gargle his balls til i puke"

for the record ILL BILL is one of the greatest to ever pick up the mic...try to deny that and you have no hip-hop understanding he is a legend (NOT saying tech isnt)

well....i mean i dont know when i saw cult leader on the tracklisting all i thought was this and when i heard the intro to it i thought it as well

ILL BILL - Cult Leader

and ILL BILL is one of my favorite MC's

you can only rap about so many things so many different ways...

King Diamond = Metal.

the best metal!!!!!
