from Bill's Twitter:

haha wow. if a respected rapper u are kool with bites the title of one of your most popular songs on his new album, is that kool? #biters

Bill is referring to "Cult Leader" off of All 6s & 7s.  Bill is probably taking this especially personally since Tech already bit Necro (Bill's brother) with "Sexorcist".

1. The phrase "Cult Leader" does not belong to Ill Bill. I don't care how "big" that song is, or how "successful" Bill is. When Tech made that song I'm sure that Ill Bill and "his" title were not on his mind at all. I've heard Tech in countless interviews talking about people referring to him as a cult leader. The song is obviously about that issue, so it only makes sense that a song about being a cult leader is called "Cult Leader". What does Ill Bill expect? Just because they're buddies Tech can't use the same phrase that has been used throughout the history of the English language to describe a countless number of people? Get the fuck over yourself.

2. Dizzy, you're a fucking clown. Using other people's flows in "Slacker" was the point of the song, he does it throughout the entire thing, every verse. Doing shit like that is biting you fucking morons, it's paying homage to people you respect. Krizz and Tech use Biggie lines pretty often. Tech used some KRS-1 shit for "Blown Away". It's a way of showing respect to emcees that come before you.

Please, end this fucking retarded thread.

People were skeptical when Lil Wayne came out with 6' 7' because it was recently after him and Tech came into contact and Wayne was asked to be on All 6's and 7's.  Ill Bill released his Cult Leader years ago, so it's not like people should assume that Tech is trying to steal his buzz.

I still don't get the title for 6 foot 7 foot, is it just because that fuckin beat? Cause that's a shame
Non Phixion was ill bill's group...its a solo joint but it was on Non Phixion The future is now album....

Quick Google Search: "Lyrics Cult Leader"

So far, I'm on page two and I see four artists/bands with the song titled Cult Leader: Ill Bill, Non Phixion, Monogon and Daymares. Tech will make five.

as for the "Worldwide Choppers" title, since Tech has made Midwest Choppers 1 & 2, and has established himself as one of the best choppers as well as a huge supporter of that style of flow, and then came out with the song title "Worldwide Choppers" as an evident end to the trilogy, it'd be kind of silly for anybody to use that title. If they did, power to em, but I would laugh when it failed in comparison. Especially when the track is still so fresh in people's minds.

This. and tech uses a lot of little lines of older songs all the time but its for people with enough knowledge of hip hop to get and appreciate. If you dont catch it or understand then its not really for you, but its a sign of showing respect not biting. I feel the same way though Tech probably never even thought about it being a song title from non phixon cause its old as fuck. I assume tech may have heard the song before  but I doubt he bumps ill bill and non phixon all day he more worried about making his own music and the title of the song just so happens to fit very well in Tech everyday life and how outsiders with closed minds view his music and his fan base

If you've read my posts on this thread, you know that I'm not a dickrider, I just don't agree.

I have nothing against Ill Bill, I think he's just getting a little carried away over nothing. Calling Tech a biter because he's using the same song title Ill Bill once used. Someone on here already mentioned Leave Me Alone, used by Tech and Hopsin. Hellbound, used by Tech and Eminem. It happens. It's a title.

As for the samples, I think its clever and makes the track more interesting when you listen and hear him say something from someone else's track. If you recognize the quote, its cool, if you don't, its nothing to worry about.

Kutt's done the same thing to Tech with lyrics and flow, and its all in fun.

In my opinion, quoting someone or using their song title is a shout-out in itself and says "I have respect for you and what you're doing, I think this was great, I'm gonna quote it."

Yep. And everybody in here saying "Tech's not a biter! Bill's a bitch!"

Tech "samples" lyrics all of the time. There's a thread somewhere on here, but I don't want to go find it.

Ill Bill is right though. why the fuck is Tech taking Bill's shit w/out any shout out or recognition? that's hellla fucked up man Tech is disappointing me hella....
Ha this reminds me of the BIG deal everybody made when Wayne released 6'7" just after meeting with Tech. I think its more of a compliment to Ill Bill. Like Tech is paying homage to him or something.
What a bitch.
Dude...tech n9ne was not the "hand that feeds" ill bill. Do u knw wat non phixion is? Come on! r/>

Stop putting words in my mouth. I know Ill Bill's music, I'm aware of the situation. And if you really read what I was trying to state you would have seen that I just lost all the respect that I once had for him. Plus I added a bit to my case so I suggest you read it over and then get back at me.

I know right and to think that I actually had respect for him as an artist before reading this. Pretty shameful he'd bite the hand that fed him.

Song names have been used over and over and over....this is not a big deal at all. Ill Bill is getting mad over nothing. Pretty embarrassing.
Was he not cosigned by Tech N9ne numerous times? Was he not featured on a Tech N9ne's Fire & Ice Tour with Paul Wall? I'm not saying Tech N9ne made Ill Bill or even saying that the majority of his success was affiliated with him. What I'm saying is that in more than one way Tech N9ne has helped Ill Bill's success through the span of his career through touring, promotion, etc. For Ill Bill to then reach a new low and disrespect Tech N9ne by claiming he's biting one of his most popular songs is fucking ridiculous and a slap in the face. This song in no way has anything to do with Ill Bill. Like I said before Tech N9ne's been accused of being a cult leader on several separate occasions. Has Ill Bill legitimately really ever been considered to be or viewed as a cult leader? Not in his wildest dreams. Come to think of it the way I even heard about Ill Bill was seeing him open up for Tech N9ne at the Fire & Ice Tour. What does that tell you? It's proving my point exactly. He's probably only trying to take shots now that A6A7 is around the corner and he feels he may be able to ride on the coattails of it's enormous success by claiming Tech N9ne "stole his idea". That's completely pathetic and that's the exact reason why I no longer respect Ill Bill. Simply because of the sheer bitchassness he's displayed to us here. You are now dismissed.

Hey Ill Bill, King Diamond called..he said quit bitching.

Oh, and The Sexorcist is the name of an old ass movie, somehow someones claiming it's theirs? Lyrics aren't okay to steal, but using something someone didn't create to begin with? Give me a fucking break.
I'm gonna make a track called Bitch wath the whole East Coast attack me
