from Bill's Twitter:

haha wow. if a respected rapper u are kool with bites the title of one of your most popular songs on his new album, is that kool? #biters

Bill is referring to "Cult Leader" off of All 6s & 7s.  Bill is probably taking this especially personally since Tech already bit Necro (Bill's brother) with "Sexorcist".

Yep. And everybody in here saying "Tech's not a biter! Bill's a bitch!"

Tech "samples" lyrics all of the time. There's a thread somewhere on here, but I don't want to go find it.

So B Real is a bitch?  LL Cool J?  Marley Marl?  Pretty much any rapper that had a problem with another rapper for stealing shit from them ever?  Again, the people on this forum must not be into hip hop at all and just Tech N9ne because clearly you don't "get it".

I didn't say he did on this song. I was just pointing out a fact. Tech has used people's lyrics before, or copied their flow.

I didn't say that I think Bill is in the right - I was just making a point to everybody that's like "Tech's not a biter!"

This is not a sample, unless Tech uses Cult Leader's hook or something.  It's two words, you act like Tech stole the damn song.  And it's a bitch move because he's using Twitter.  If he confronted Tech personally it'd be a different story.

How? People have been calling tech cult leader and devil worshiper for years. Hes already made a song adressing the devil worshipor title, why not a song adressing cult leader? I see absolutly no problem with tech naming his song that, and i see no reaaon why ill bill should get butt hurt over it.

The examples like "leave me alone" an "lets go" are retarded. Those are everyday words, "cult leader" isnt a coincidence iMO

If you've read my posts on this thread, you know that I'm not a dickrider, I just don't agree.

I have nothing against Ill Bill, I think he's just getting a little carried away over nothing. Calling Tech a biter because he's using the same song title Ill Bill once used. Someone on here already mentioned Leave Me Alone, used by Tech and Hopsin. Hellbound, used by Tech and Eminem. It happens. It's a title.

As for the samples, I think its clever and makes the track more interesting when you listen and hear him say something from someone else's track. If you recognize the quote, its cool, if you don't, its nothing to worry about.

Kutt's done the same thing to Tech with lyrics and flow, and its all in fun.

In my opinion, quoting someone or using their song title is a shout-out in itself and says "I have respect for you and what you're doing, I think this was great, I'm gonna quote it."

Listen to Tech N9ne's "It's Alive" and The D.O.C.'s "It's Funky Enough" just the intro. That's just to name one there are a few more but I'm not gonna sit here and type them all. Bottom line everybody samples everybody and through that music evolves. I think Ill Bill is way outta line though when it's just a song title that and Ill Bill's music is just meaningless entertainment and made up stories this is actually Tech's life and what he's been accused of. If you wanna hear a real biter (I'm sorry for brining up his name but this is one of the 1000 reasons I hate him) Lil Wayne! Just go on YouTube and find and endless supply of lines he's has bitten off of major rappers and got famous for it. SMFH
